Information you choose to share

If you email Candace, your name, email address, message, and any files you send may be used to respond, discuss a project, provide services, and keep relevant business records. Contact form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to Gmail. These providers process the information needed to deliver your message. Please do not send payment card details by email.

Website connections

This page loads typography through Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to request those font files, which can disclose technical information such as an IP address. Website hosting providers may also process standard connection and security logs. This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites, which uses Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers may process technical connection and security information to operate and protect the site.

Cookies and analytics

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and its own code does not set cookies or browser storage. When you submit the contact form, FormSubmit may provide a spam check through Google reCAPTCHA. That third-party page may use cookies and process technical information under its own policies. Email and payment services have their own privacy practices. This notice will be updated if additional tracking is introduced.

Payments and records

If payment is requested through Stripe, card details are entered on Stripe’s payment service rather than this website. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy. Relevant correspondence and transaction records may be retained for project administration, accounting, and applicable legal obligations.

Questions and requests

Contact Candace to ask about information you have supplied, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. Some business records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.

Service terms

Candace Clarke provides custom branding, graphic design, packaging, patterns, illustration, websites, and digital tools. This website is an introduction to those services, not an online shop or an offer of a fixed-price package.

Scope, pricing, and delivery

Each project is individually scoped and quoted. A written proposal or agreement sets out the deliverables, fees, currency, schedule, revisions, client responsibilities, and payment milestones before work begins. Services and agreed files are generally delivered digitally. Any physical production, third-party charges, or shipping arrangements must be expressly included in the project agreement.

Payments

Customers receive an agreed invoice or payment request. The applicable amount, currency, and due dates are stated before payment. This website does not collect card details or create subscriptions.

Cancellation, refunds, and concerns

For a cancellation request, billing question, or concern about work delivered, contact Candace through the contact page and include the project or invoice reference. Cancellation and refund arrangements are set out in your project agreement before payment. If you need to cancel or have concerns, please contact Candace promptly so the work completed, any approved costs, and the terms of your agreement can be reviewed. Nothing on this page limits rights available under applicable law.

Creative work and third-party materials

Ownership, usage rights, source files, and any licensed third-party materials are defined in the written project agreement. Visual samples on this website may include client-owned names, marks, or materials and do not grant visitors permission to reuse them.
